Since 1978, Jeff Spinks has been the Managing Partner at Koster, Spinks & Koster LLP.
Through the years, he has provided expert testimony and arbitration with respect to professional negligence, valuations, the determination of loss through business failures and/or fraud. He can provide expert testimony with respect to determination of loss of income resulting from personal injury and/or business interruption and various taxation matters, as well as being a professional advisor with respect to specialized business transactions, valuations for mergers and acquisitions, syndications, corporate reorganizations and security offerings.
He has worked with counsel preparing documents leading to negotiated settlements and been part of taxation and litigation support teams for mergers and acquisitions.
He has been on the Board of Directors for Scarborough Golf and Country Club and the Muskoka Lake Association, and President of the Beaver Valley Ski Club. Jeff has maintained a strong presence in his community with between coaching hockey and squash, and he steered the Leadership Committee for Joe's Team for cancer research
