He is a professional advisor on specialized business transactions, valuations for acquisitions and divestitures, syndications, corporate reorganizations and shareholder agreements.
He has worked with counsel preparing documents estimates of loss, personal injury negotiations, partnerships disputes and professional negligence.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
